Your nervous system is loyal to what’s familiar, wired to protect what it believes is safe.

What is TRE?

Tension/Trauma Release Exercises

Hi! I'm Kendra.

I see you. I spent years disconnected from my body too. I’ve been there; depleted, overwhelmed, anxious, and riding the waves of chronic symptoms, all originating from a body holding too much. And for me, in 2016, it all broke.

At the time, my world crumbled, but it was also the beginning of my body coming back to life. My healing wasn’t linear, but it demanded presence, responsibility, curiosity, and courage.
That season gave me one of my greatest superpowers, embodying true safety, and eventually being able to share it with others. And I want that experience of safety for you too.

The heart of my work is guiding people back into their bodies and bringing them back alive. This has been my personal path, but long before my own crash, I was deeply immersed in studying the nervous system. After graduating from university in 2013, I launched into my career as an Athletic Therapist. I hit the ground running by winning awards, opening my own clinic, working in high-intensity sports, and teaching nervous system trainings.

I became disenchanted with my professional degree early on and found myself asking why so many people weren’t healing. That question led me deeper into the study of the nervous system.

Now, through my own lived experience and after guiding thousands of people through their healing, I weave somatics, lymphatics, TRE, biomechanics, breathwork, fascial work and embodied presence practices into my nervous system rewiring program: BECOMING ROBUST — a 10-week, body-based healing experience for people who want to feel alive again, rebuild their vitality, and ditch the looping, quick-fix regulation game.
