You can spend your whole life thinking about living without really doing it.

I know you don't need convincing about the importance of presence.

You're one of those curious, open-minded people who's down to do the work. You've researched your lil brains off, explored alternative ways of understanding yourself, and you're aware of your patterns and what's holding you back.

Basically, I know this ain't your first rodeo. I see you homie.

But all of that can be true, and you're still not here.

  • You can be disciplined to change and still ruled by your patterns.

  • You can be present in meditation, somatics or nature, but dissociated in life.

  • You can be motivated to grow and still ignore what you're feeling.

  • You can be incredibly self-aware and still spend your days thinking, analyzing, anticipating, and fixing.

Intellectualizing yourself isn't the same as BE-ing yourself.
And that's where presence comes in.

Not as another thing to master or the next cool thing to fix yourself, but as a practice of choosing to be here for the life you're already living.Step into your life!

What's this challenge all about?

A 14-day guided experience to train presence.  You can't buy presence, and you don't get it overnight. It's a skill you build by repping it out.

And here's the most important piece: Presence is the glue that makes healing, connection, and vitality possible.

In this challenge, you will receive a daily 11-minute Presence Practice plus daily teachings, bingo and curious inquiry to deepen what you're noticing, plus playful ways to keep yourself engaged and accountable along the way.

You'll explore presence through five different doorways:

BREATH · TOUCH · MOVEMENT · SWEET NOTHINGS · VISUALIZATION

And we don't do this alone.

Woven into the entire process are powerful ways to connect with yourself, the community, and your guide, Kendra, giving you more opportunities to rep it out.

Your nervous system is where you experience

We're doing nervous system healing from a different angle. Not as something you need to constantly manipulate, control, regulate, hack, or fix, but as a system you can learn to work with through presence.

Your nervous system constantly updates its predictions based on info coming from you and your environment.

Aka what you pay attention to becomes what your nervous system notices, too.

What you repeatedly choose to notice, feel, and experience gives your nervous system data about what is happening.

And this is where it gets interesting...

Presence changes the relationship between what you experience and how you respond. This is where nervous system science meets lived experience. And this is the root of real, lasting change.

What changes?

Most of us don't realize how far outside of ourselves we are. Caught in the past, projecting into the future, spiralling, anticipating, rehearsing, analyzing. We become robots running the same automatic patterns on repeat.

When you live most of your day in survival mode, your world and your capacity gets narrow.

You react from what's familiar instead of having the space to see what's actually happening and choose something different.

Presence creates that space.

And when you can notice sooner, you have more room to feel, respond, rest, and choose.

That's where your potential lives.

Not in becoming better at managing yourself, but in being present enough to meet what's real, what's honest, and what's actually you, not the patterns that have been running you.

And with practice, you build:

→ Earlier awareness — Catch yourself before the pattern has completely taken over.

→ More choice — Create enough space between what you experience and how you respond to make a different choice.

→ More access to yourself — Feel your body, emotions, needs, desires, and boundaries with greater clarity.

→ More capacity for rest — Experience moments of not fixing, consuming, deciding, anticipating, or performing.

→ More flexibility — Stop automatically reaching for the same response just because it's familiar.

→ More connection — Stay with yourself instead of abandoning, overriding, or distracting yourself.

→ A different relationship with your practices — Your breathwork, affirmations, somatics, movement, and other tools start to be more effective.

→ More presence in your actual life — Not just during meditation or any intentional practice but in life, which switches on vitality, healing pathways.

Who is this for?

→ Curious, open-minded, and looking for deeper answers, not more band-aids.

→ Living with symptoms that aren't resolving.

→ A heady person who gets lost in thoughts, analysis, or spirals.

→ Aware of your patterns but still repeating them.

→ Interested in nervous-system, somatic, mindfulness, or body-based work.

→ Wanting a deeper connection with your body.

→ Spending a lot of time in survival modes like anxiety, dissociation, frustration, anger, or overwhelm.

→ Tired of constantly fixing, analyzing, and trying to figure yourself out.

→ Not looking for another “regulate yourself” protocol.

→ Intellectually powerful (I see you) but aware that knowing more isn't getting you where you want to go.

→ Wanting something practical you can bring into everyday life.

→ Open to experimenting, getting curious, and actually showing up for yourself.

You don't need previous experience. You just need to be willing to show up and notice.

What others have to say

"
I’ve done so much work on myself and could explain exactly what was happening, but it was coming from my intellect. Working with Kendra helped me experience the difference between knowing myself and actually being with myself.
"

“
I used to think presence meant meditating or always being calm. Now I notice it in conversations, when I’m overwhelmed, and I've made presence something I can practice easily in my life.
”

“
Kendra made me understand that it’s not just about regulating your nervous system. It’s about your relationship with what is going on moment to moment. That was the missing piece for me.
"

“
I had no idea what the nervous system was before my sessions with Kendra and now I'm intimately connected. This is a life skill everyone needs.
”

“
Kendra's calm, genuine and grounded presence in itself is a healing balm. She hears what I say without judgment, makes sense of my story, and puts it into action.
”

“
Kendra's brain is full of the most advanced nervous system info and her understanding runs deep. How she creates containers from that place is so impressive!
”

How we build presence

Presence isn't built by understanding it. It's built through reps. You’ll practice:

  1. Attention — Notice what’s actually happening before your brain turns it into a story.
  2. Sensation — Get more precise with what you feel instead of immediately labelling, fixing, or overriding it.
  3. Curiosity — Replace “What's wrong?” with “What's actually happening?”
  4. Stillness — Slowing down and experiencing what's really here.
  5. Repetition — Come back again and again to rewire our nervous system.
  6. Relationship — Practice with yourself, with other people, and with me.
  7. Real life — Take it into your conversations, relationships, work, movement, and ordinary moments.
  8. Nature — Nothing gets us there faster than recognizing the power of the natural world around us.

Let presence stop being something you can explain and instead practice until it becomes your daily lived experience.

I’m Kendra.

I’m a nervous system and body-based practitioner, creator of the Neuro-Scar Method, and founder of Scars Are Goldmines. For more than 15 years, I’ve explored the relationship between the nervous system, scars, fascia, movement, perception, and the body's lived experience.

My own journey began with using my body like a machine. Push harder. Perform better. Override what I felt. Keep going. Until eventually, my body gave out.

That crumbling sparked a deeper curiosity: What happens when we stop overriding and fighting against ourselves?

After working with more than 4,000 people, I’ve come to value the messy, wild, nonlinear process of healing and all the twists and turns of building a relationship with your nervous system.

My work isn't about giving you another protocol to follow. It's about teaching you how to pay attention and then asking: can I stay with what's real?

Knowing your nervous system is one thing. Cultivating a relationship with yourself is another.

That's the place I love to explore.
